Remote Support Session

 

1. To join an online support session, click on the button below and enter the support key provided by your agent.

2. Once you have entered your name and your key, you will be redirected to a page where you will download the support application and be connected to the agent. An example is shown below.

To let Agent control your device, download and run the support application. Agent will be able to see your screen, control your mouse, gather system information, and request to download your files.
